PRODUCT SEARCH RESULTS HELP
SEARCH RESULTS DISPLAY CONTROL
Now that you have found the products that match your search, you can control how you see them. You can:
- Using the left hand Display drop down, you can change the sort order of the products in a variety of ways.
- Using the middle display drop down, you can change the number of records to display per page.
- Using the 2 square icons to the top right of the search results will change the view between picture view, or plain text view. Plain text view will be faster for mobile users.
- If you have more search results than are currently displayed in the list, you can use the Next Matches or Previous Matches links at the top or the bottom of the search results to navigate through the products that match your search.
NARROWING YOUR SEARCH USING THE SEARCH FILTER DROPDOWNS
So you have searched for a word or used one of the categories under "Jump to a product Category". However this has resulted in many more results than you had anticipated. You can further narrow your search results by using the FILTER RESULTS drop downs.
Each dropdown contains specific attributes for the search results that you have obtained. As you select an item from the drop down, the page will refresh showing you the resulting search results after applying this new criteria. If you have picked something from the list it will appear in place of the dropdown. To remove this criteria from your search, simply click the X. If you remove too many of the filters or the keyword you may end up with no results, which simply means you need to start your search over.
NOW THAT YOU'VE FOUND SOME INTERESTING PRODUCTS
You can click on the picture or on the product name/description to see more detailed product info. By doing so you will be taken to the product details page which contains the size, container type, alcohol content, deposit, origin, supplier, product notes, agent information, and where to find it.
DIDN'T FIND WHAT YOU WERE LOOKING FOR?
If the search shows no results found, it could mean this product has been discontinued, or has not been ordered for several months.
