Let's see if we can help.  Below you will find a box to enter your username.  Once entered click the Submit button.  Then you will be prompted for the answer to the security question you entered when you registered your username with us.  Enter in the correct answer and a new password will be emailed to you using the email address that you provided when you registered.

If you do not remember your username or you don't remember the answer to your security question, you will need to call Connect Logistics and get further assistance.
